Furniture & Event Setup

We arrange furniture and event setup for weddings and outdoor events across Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds.

This includes tables, chairs and additional elements such as drapes or other items that help define the space. Everything is sourced through trusted suppliers and installed as part of your overall setup, so you don’t need to coordinate multiple companies.

What we provide

We organise furniture and supporting elements to suit your event and layout.

This typically includes:

  • trestle tables for long dining setups

  • round tables for more traditional layouts

  • cross-back chairs or simple folding chairs

  • outdoor seating where needed

If you have a particular style or theme in mind, we can source additional items to match and include them as part of the same setup.

How it works

Furniture and additional elements are planned alongside your marquee layout, helping to define how the space is used.

This might include:

  • dining areas and seating

  • relaxed gathering spaces

  • entrance features

  • dancefloors

  • simple draping to frame areas within the tent

We focus on making sure everything is positioned where it’s needed, so the space is clear and works as you want.

Working with your plans

If you already have a theme, colour palette or general idea in mind, we’re happy to talk it through and help you shape it into something practical.

We don’t offer full styling services, but we can source and coordinate key elements so everything comes together as part of the same setup.

Installation and coordination

We handle:

  • sourcing from trusted suppliers

  • booking and delivery logistics

  • on-site placement and layout

  • collection and return

Everything is coordinated through us, so you have one point of contact and don’t need to manage multiple deliveries.

We’re based in Stroud and work across Cheltenham, Gloucester, Cirencester and the wider Cotswolds.
